The "Inganni Spaziali" collection celebrates Italian design through a collaboration with a historic name in graphic design, Armando Milani. The four rugs that compose the group, Emozioni, Illusione, Grovigli, and Connessioni, are the large-scale transposition of analog works from the 1970s. Optical illusions on paper and sophisticated shapes come to life in the rug composed of natural and precious fibers. To recreate the three-dimensionality of volumes and the light and dark of the rug's weave of Connessioni, we combined 85% wool and 15% silk yarns with a 100 knots/inch knot density. The grayscale palette and homogeneous 6mm pile height evoke the surface of paper-cotton by returning a soft and tactile feeling. RETURNS

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

In limited, pre-approved cases, returns may be accepted for store credit only. Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery and items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom, made-to-order, handcrafted, and Final Sale items are non-returnable.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, please contact concierge@opulmkt.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will offer a replacement or store credit depending on availability.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Each designer or brand on Opul Mkt ships independently from their own location. Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on product availability.

Shipping costs are calculated per item based on size, weight, origin, and delivery destination. Deliveries are made to the front door or ground-floor entrance unless otherwise specified.

For eligible large items, White Glove Delivery may be available. This service includes delivery to the room of choice, unpacking, assembly, and removal of packaging by a trained team. Availability varies by location and product.
