Thank you for shopping at Opul Mkt. As most of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we follow a strict return and delivery policy to protect the integrity of our artists, designers, and production partners.
Please read carefully before placing your order.
HANDMADE DISCLAIMER
Our products are handmade by skilled artisans. Variations in color, texture, and finish are part of their character and charm — not defects. Each piece is unique and may vary slightly from the images shown online due to differences in screen settings and lighting. We aim for a 90% likeness in tone and design, while preserving the uniqueness of each creation.
RETURNS
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
In limited, pre-approved cases, we may accept returns for store credit only, subject to the following:
- Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery to: concierge@opulmkt.com
- Only select items may be eligible
- Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
- Shipping costs (original and return) are the buyer’s responsibility
- Store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and we recommend using a tracked, insured method
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:
- Made-to-order and custom-manufactured items
- Handmade or artisan-crafted goods
Items marked as Final Sale
DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing concierge@opulmkt.com and include clear photos of the item and packaging for review.
After verification, we will offer store credit or a replacement, depending on availability.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
SHIPPING CALCULATED AFTER CHECKOUT
For certain items, shipping costs are not finalized at checkout due to variations in product size, weight, origin, and delivery destination.
In these cases, a temporary shipping placeholder may appear during checkout. Once your order is confirmed, our team will calculate the final shipping cost and provide a detailed shipping invoice before dispatch.
Orders will proceed only after the final shipping cost has been confirmed with the customer.
- Each designer and brand on Opul Mkt ships independently from their own location. While packaging and shipping times may vary by maker, Opul Mkt provides a consistent customer service experience across all orders.
- Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled by different designers and will arrive in separate shipments, depending on product availability.
- Most orders are confirmed within 1–2 business days and dispatched based on the maker’s production schedule and item availability.
- We do not offer flat-rate delivery.
- Shipping fees are calculated per item, based on size, weight, origin, and destination.
- Deliveries are to the front door or ground floor entrance unless otherwise specified.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY (WHERE AVAILABLE)
Delivery to the room of choice, including unpacking, assembly, and removal of packaging materials by a trained team.
White Glove Delivery is available only for eligible large items and in select regions. Final availability will be confirmed after your order is placed.
Fees vary based on order value and delivery location. Not available in all areas.
ORDER STORAGE POLICY
If you are unavailable to receive the delivery within the given window, please inform us in advance. We are unable to store or delay shipments beyond the estimated delivery timeline.
Neither Opul Mkt nor our delivery partners can hold orders for delayed or future delivery.
Please be prepared to receive your item(s) within the timeline communicated to you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & IMPORT FEES
- All import duties, VAT/GST, customs charges, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- These fees are not included in the product or shipping prices and must be paid directly by the customer at the time of delivery.
- Please consult your local customs office for more information.
If you’re unsure about the charges for your country, we encourage you to reach out to our team at concierge@opulmkt.com prior to placing your order.
SALES TAX (USA ONLY)
Sales tax applies to orders delivered within the United States, in accordance with state tax laws. The applicable tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For international orders (outside the USA), we do not collect sales tax at checkout. Local taxes, if any, will be handled by your country’s customs authority.
