Opul Mkt operates a curated marketplace and sourcing platform connecting independent designers, studios, brands, and manufacturing partners with interior designers, architects, developers, and private buyers.
Products offered through the Services may include:
- ready-to-ship items
- made-to-order items
- custom or bespoke items
- products available through request-for-quote (RFQ)
Many products listed on Opul Mkt are produced after an order is placed and may require manufacturing lead times.
Product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and lead times may be provided by creators or manufacturing partners. Opul Mkt does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all products.
Users accessing the Services from jurisdictions outside the United States are responsible for compliance with local laws.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including:

- databases
- software
- website design
- images
- text
- graphics
- trademarks and logos

4. USER REGISTRATION

Many products offered on Opul Mkt are made-to-order or custom manufactured, and therefore production lead times may apply.

6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept payments through the following methods:
- credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- other payment methods made available through Shopify checkout
- manual payment methods including bank transfer or trade invoice where applicable
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.
Prices may change at any time.
Depending on store configuration and user location, pricing and transactions may be processed in different currencies.
Some products may require a shipping confirmation after checkout, where shipping costs are calculated based on:
- product size and weight
- manufacturing origin
- delivery location
- freight method
Orders may not proceed to dispatch until shipping charges are confirmed.
7. RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of many products sold on Opul Mkt — including made-to-order and custom items — most sales are final once production or dispatch has begun.
Returns may be accepted only if:
- an item arrives damaged
- the item is defective
- the incorrect item was delivered

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users may not:
- collect or extract data from the Services without permission
- attempt to bypass security features
