PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Inspired by the beauty and philosophy of the natural electromagnetic spectrum as a starting point for each design, the Tapis Rouge Studio team looked to the four frequencies of light radiation and their respective wavelengths and photon energies, translating them into a collection of 14 distinctive designs that blend fluid forms with striking color gradients.
Innovative, dynamic, non-standard shapes characterize rugs in the Elettrico hand-knotted series. In Space Oddity Rug, the experimentation involves the border's irregular shape and the cuts embedded within the design, details that can showcase flooring: elements that result from formal research and technical study. Space Odity's natural fiber composition is 100% wool, with a characteristic rounded cut of the long pile. The pile height ranges between 6 to 8 mm.

RETURNS

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

In limited, pre-approved cases, returns may be accepted for store credit only. Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery and items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom, made-to-order, handcrafted, and Final Sale items are non-returnable.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, please contact concierge@opulmkt.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will offer a replacement or store credit depending on availability.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Each designer or brand on Opul Mkt ships independently from their own location. Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on product availability.

Shipping costs are calculated per item based on size, weight, origin, and delivery destination. Deliveries are made to the front door or ground-floor entrance unless otherwise specified.

For eligible large items, White Glove Delivery may be available. This service includes delivery to the room of choice, unpacking, assembly, and removal of packaging by a trained team. Availability varies by location and product.
