PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The IC-15 is a green wool floor lamp from the IC-Series by Dutch designer Josha Roymans of Studio Josha, the first piece in the series built primarily from raw sheep wool. It is a sculptural, playful floor lamp with a rough, living skin unlike anything else in the collection. Raw, unprocessed wool from the shepherd next door replaces more than 80% of the usual foam and glass fibre, and skipping processed wool bypasses the environmentally harmful wool-washing process. The wool gives the floor lamp its textured surface, and its experimental, colourful scheme follows a painting by artist Marie-Jose Walhof. The form still comes from a single sketch through Josha's Intuitive Creative Design Method. The interior of the wool floor lamp is finished in hand-gilded 24k gold leaf, a living surface that shifts with ambient light and glows warm when lit. Freestanding at 137cm, this eclectic, maximalist floor lamp brings natural texture to colourful interiors. One of one, this exact piece will never be made again. Studio Josha is the practice of Dutch designer and sculptor Josha Roymans, who makes every piece himself in a converted stable on the edge of Zutphen. Each work begins as one unguarded sketch and ends somewhere between sculpture and design.

PRODUCT CARE
Dust the wool gently with a soft brush or a vacuum on its lowest setting. Do not wet, wash or shampoo the wool; the fibre is raw and unprocessed. Never use water, solvents or abrasive cleaners on the gilded interior, as the 24k gold leaf is hand-applied and will lift. Keep away from damp and out of prolonged direct sunlight.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
Each piece is carved, built and finished entirely by hand from a single unrevised sketch, so form, surface texture and colour vary from any photograph shown. Hand-applied 24k gold leaf develops natural variation in tone and coverage; this is inherent to the technique, not a defect. As a one-of-one work, this item is not returnable except in the case of transit damage.

RETURNS

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

In limited, pre-approved cases, returns may be accepted for store credit only. Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery and items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom, made-to-order, handcrafted, and Final Sale items are non-returnable.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact concierge@opulmkt.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will offer a replacement or store credit depending on availability.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Each designer or brand on Opul Mkt ships independently from their own location. Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on product availability.

Shipping costs are calculated per item based on size, weight, origin, and delivery destination. Deliveries are made to the front door or ground-floor entrance unless otherwise specified.

For eligible large items, White Glove Delivery may be available. This service includes delivery to the room of choice, unpacking, assembly, and removal of packaging by a trained team. Availability varies by location and product.
