PRODUCT CARE
Vacuum the bouclette with an upholstery attachment on low suction to lift dust before it settles into the loops. Blot spills at once with a clean, dry white cloth — do not rub, which breaks the loop pile. Treat marks with a solvent-based upholstery cleaner only, applied to the cloth rather than the fabric, and test on a hidden area first. Water-based cleaners can ring bouclette. Keep out of direct sunlight, which fades and weakens the yarn. Have the piece professionally cleaned rather than attempting a full wet clean at home.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
Dimensions shown are for the standard build. The chair is made to order and the seat height is set to the customer's measurement, so the finished height can differ from the figure shown and is confirmed on quotation. Bouclette is a natural looped fabric; slubs and small variations in loop and shade are characteristic of the weave. Lead times vary and are confirmed at the time of order. Shipping, delivery and installation are quoted separately and are not included in the price shown. The ottoman shown in the photography is a separate purchase.

HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS

Many items available on Opul Mkt are handmade by skilled artisans. Natural variations in color, texture, and finish are part of the character of handcrafted pieces and are not considered defects. Each piece may vary slightly from product images due to lighting, screen settings, and artisanal production.

RETURNS

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

In limited, pre-approved cases, returns may be accepted for store credit only. Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery and items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom, made-to-order, handcrafted, and Final Sale items are non-returnable.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, please contact concierge@opulmkt.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will offer a replacement or store credit depending on availability.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Each designer or brand on Opul Mkt ships independently from their own location. Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on product availability.

Shipping costs are calculated per item based on size, weight, origin, and delivery destination. Deliveries are made to the front door or ground-floor entrance unless otherwise specified.

For eligible large items, White Glove Delivery may be available. This service includes delivery to the room of choice, unpacking, assembly, and removal of packaging by a trained team. Availability varies by location and product.
