This sculptural coffee table is a one-of-a-kind work of functional art, carved by hand from a single hardwood log and charred using the traditional shou sugi ban technique. Its organic silhouette evokes branching roots and geological formations, blending structure and spontaneity in a form that feels unearthed rather than built. The top retains the tree's original radial grain and deep growth cracks, preserved in a dense blackened surface. A subtle translucent blue resin inlay fills a natural void, creating a quiet point of contrast that reflects both fracture and refinement. Each leg branches into the next, echoing the unpredictable logic of nature. Made entirely by hand using chainsaws, carving tools, and open flame, this piece reflects a process rooted in raw material and intuition. The carbonized surface not only enhances the visual texture but also reinforces the wood, offering natural protection against wear and moisture. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

In limited, pre-approved cases, returns may be accepted for store credit only. Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery and items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom, made-to-order, handcrafted, and Final Sale items are non-returnable.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, please contact concierge@opulmkt.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will offer a replacement or store credit depending on availability.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Each designer or brand on Opul Mkt ships independently from their own location. Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on product availability.

Shipping costs are calculated per item based on size, weight, origin, and delivery destination. Deliveries are made to the front door or ground-floor entrance unless otherwise specified.

For eligible large items, White Glove Delivery may be available. This service includes delivery to the room of choice, unpacking, assembly, and removal of packaging by a trained team. Availability varies by location and product.
